Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation We are seeking a **Senior Controller Analyst** to strategically analyze results, profitability, and financial projections for a growing food manufacturing company undergoing process structuring. The position will play a central role in generating high-quality managerial information, supporting decision-making, and assisting in building financial models that sustain company performance. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze managerial income statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s economic performance; * Analyze profitability by SKU, material consumption and cost, average ticket, volume, and variances between budgeted and actual figures; * Perform system (SAP) parameterization to ensure appropriate financial reporting structure; * Develop financial scenarios and studies to improve performance; * Lead results reporting meetings with business unit managers; * Develop pricing spreadsheets to ensure adequate profitability; * Support the sales department in price setting; * Actively participate in the development and validation of the annual budget; * Create and update long-term financial projection models; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; * Guide and supervise the Controller Assistant. Technical Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences**; * Postgraduate degree in Controller and Finance preferred; * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory); * ERP experience (SAP preferred); * Knowledge of industrial costing and cost accounting; * Experience developing corporate budgets; * Experience in cost-based pricing; * Financial statement modeling and analysis; * Basic understanding of investment feasibility analysis; * Intermediate knowledge of CPC and IFRS; * Basic understanding of direct and indirect tax calculations; * BI tools knowledge preferred; * Basic English proficiency.
