Our main projects focus on high- and medium-voltage transmission lines and substations. **Our Values:** * Honor our word; * Practice humility; * Be sincere; * Be efficient; * Believe and work hard; * Be passionate about what we do; * Share knowledge; * Go to the field; * Think before acting; * Learn, correct, and progress; * Care for people and the environment. **Your Routine as a Proposal Analyst:** * Develop technical and commercial proposals for SPCS and Telecom solutions; * Read, interpret, and reassess RFQs, tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications, analyzing project scope and requirements; * Conduct quantity take-offs, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and scheduling; * Define guiding architectures and compose technical solutions aligned with project scope; * Prepare technical presentations for internal evaluation and to support Executive Management’s decision-making; * Obtain quotations for materials, equipment, machinery, and other inputs, recording information in systems and spreadsheets; * Analyze contractual clauses that may impact costs and financial risks; * Organize and archive commercial proposal documents and history in dedicated systems; * Participate in technical meetings with clients to align scope and clarify questions. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in Construction Management or energy-sector-related disciplines are desirable; * Practical experience with Protection, Control, and Supervision Systems (SPCS); * Knowledge of digital substation architecture and telecommunications systems; * Familiarity with protection relays (Siemens, Hitachi, SEL, GE, NARI, among others) and SCADA systems (SAGE, Elipse, Powerlink, MicroSCADA); * Ability to translate technical solutions into added value for the client; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of taxation applicable to technical and commercial proposals; * Understanding of taxes levied on services and supplies in the electrical sector (ISS, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS); * Basic understanding of price composition, including labor charges, taxes, and margins; * Knowledge of Brazilian legislation applicable to the electrical sector and to technical service and supply contracting; * Familiarity with ONS Network Procedures applicable to transmission systems; * Knowledge of ANEEL’s PRODIST, focusing on technical requirements and power quality; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Schedule:** * CLT – 44 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM On-site – Rua Treze de Maio No. 521 | Pinhais / PR **#JoinEngetecnica** * We foster a strong feedback culture and hold regular one-on-one meetings (1:1), reinforcing continuous development; * Individual Development Plan (IDP), ensuring each employee has clarity and direction throughout their journey with us; * Structured Career Plan, encouraging sustainable professional growth within the company; * At Engetecnica, our employees are symbolized by Swallows—representing agility, adaptability, and the ability to face change with lightness.
