Job Summary: ACOS CONTINENTE is seeking a PCP Analyst to develop, monitor, and support the production plan, interfacing with multiple departments and tracking operational indicators. Opportunity in an industrial environment focused on continuous improvement ACOS CONTINENTE INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of PCP Analyst. **Responsibilities:** * Develop production schedules for cross-cutting lines, longitudinal cutting lines, slitters, roll formers, bending machines, and thermal cutting equipment. * Monitor production plan execution, identify deviations, and support corrective actions. * Update and monitor operational indicators (production output, delays, capacity utilization, plan adherence). * Interface with Production, Sales, Logistics, and Procurement departments. * Support raw material and work-in-process inventory control. * Update data in management systems. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields; Desired Technical Knowledge: * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PCP) * Knowledge of productive capacity management * Basic concepts of inventory management * Intermediate Excel proficiency * ERP knowledge (SAP or similar) is a plus * Familiarity with operational indicators **Behavioral Skills** * Organization and discipline in information management * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Clear communication with operational departments * Proactivity in identifying issues * Ability to learn quickly * Collaboration and teamwork * Sense of priority and responsibility toward deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in an industrial environment * Participation in continuous improvement projects * Basic knowledge of Lean methodology / process improvement Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Parking * On-site cafeteria * Unimed health plan * Meal voucher
