Opportunity to propose process and layout improvements **Position: Production Control Analyst (PCP) – São José dos Pinhais/PR (Jurema Neighborhood)** * We are looking for a Production Control Analyst (PCP) to work in a metallurgical industry \- extrusion plant, focusing on production planning, control, and optimization. If you possess an analytical profile, systemic vision, and enjoy collaborating with various departments across the company, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **Location:** São José dos Pinhais – PR \| Jurema Neighborhood **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM. * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Transportation allowance * On-site meal benefit * Attendance-based food basket **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and control production across the entire factory. * Analyze sales forecasts jointly with the commercial department. * Assess procurement, production, and raw material requirements, as well as packaging and supplies. * Issue purchase requests and production orders. * Monitor the production flow to ensure timely delivery. * Define production schedules and priorities. * Monitor production capacity and identify potential process deviations. * Determine safety stock levels and establish control parameters. * Prepare reports, charts, and performance indicators for the department. * Propose improvements to processes, machines, equipment, and production layout. * Collaborate with departments such as commercial, procurement, maintenance, and logistics. * Input data into and implement production management systems. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. Advanced Excel proficiency. Minimum 5 years of experience in PCP, preferably in the metallurgical sector. Experience in production planning, production capacity analysis, and performance indicator control.
