RH Laboral is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor institutional marketing, communication, advertising, and digital marketing activities. Act as the primary liaison with external agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, deadlines, quality, and cost control. Develop and monitor brand positioning campaigns. Create internal marketing materials. Support internal departments (Sales, HR, and Institutional) with communication materials and initiatives. Monitor marketing performance indicators and campaign effectiveness. Ensure visual identity and brand messaging consistency across all channels. Propose continuous improvements and new strategic initiatives. Redesign the CRM and WhatsApp processes to enhance customer experience throughout the vehicle leasing journey (via WhatsApp and internet). Previous experience as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or Marketing Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
