It offers recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Manage and supervise end-to-end logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and transportation). Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and logistics performance indicators. Lead, train, and develop operational teams and area leaders. Plan demand, operational capacity, and logistics resources. Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, logistics operators, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation standards. Collaborate integrally with departments such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service. Implement continuous improvements, automation, and use of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. Manage operational risks and contingency plans.
