Evaluation of freight expenses and updating of rates As an Operational Support Analyst at Transpanorama, your responsibilities include: Entering commercial negotiations into the ERP system, maintaining the operations registry, freight rate table, and route registry; Providing support to third-party bases, affiliates, and fleet regarding the operations registry; Conducting training for new employees on processes related to the operations registry, as well as other activities under your responsibility; Conducting scheduled refresher training sessions as defined by management; Evaluating freight-related expenses, such as tolls, loading/unloading, palletization, and other additional costs, reporting findings to management for updating rates in the operations registry; Updating the toll voucher designation for registered routes.
