Responsibilities Responsible for selling the company’s products, ensuring correct product mix and distribution, as well as achieving the goals set for each customer and brand; Correctly implement the visit steps established by the company; Punctually follow the pre-planned and supervisor-approved visit schedule, in accordance with visit frequency guidelines; Monitor daily the sector’s established performance indicators (Sales / Mix / POS Activation / Visibility), aiming to meet agreed targets; Conduct negotiations enabling efficient in-store display of our products at point-of-sale (POS), using all available POP materials and complying with current commercial rules and policies; Develop relationships across the entire client structure, continually strengthening trust in the commercial relationship; Ensure, through technical training / detailing, that pharmacy counter staff possess adequate knowledge of our brands to increase recommendation rates of our products; Periodically monitor (weekly / monthly) sell-out performance of products on your dashboard; Keep yourself and the company updated on competitors’ performance at point-of-sale (POS). Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license — vehicle manufacturing year must be 2019 or newer. Sales experience in the pharmaceutical channel; Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI analysis; Working hours: 8 hours per day. Willingness to travel and stay overnight.
