Job Summary: A professional responsible for tracking and coordinating pickup and loading activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely status updates in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking and confirmation of scheduled pickups 2. Updating pickup status and recording cargo destination 3. Monitoring operational scheduling Working Hours: **06:00 \- 14:20** or **22:27 \- 06:00** *Responsibilities:* * Track scheduled pickups; * Confirm with drivers their dispatch for loading and adherence to the scheduled time; * Monitor gate entry clearance at the distribution center (DC); * Update pickup status in the system; * Record cargo destination in the system; * Monitor operational scheduling during weekends. *Requirements:* * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics; * Experience in freight transportation companies; * Sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills.
