We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst in Curitiba/PR to join the team of a renowned company specializing in professional property management for commercial, residential, corporate, and logistics buildings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform the full financial routine, including accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Schedule payments based on invoices and carry out postings and bank transfers via banking systems; * Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare trial balances and financial reports for clients; * Generate collection fees and manage condominium-related payments; * Provide customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring agile and efficient assistance; * Procure materials and services for condominiums; * Attend condominium assemblies; * Ensure tax withholdings and compliance with financial obligations. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; * Prior experience in finance, with knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, banking systems, and internet banking; * Preferred: Experience with the Superlógica system (specifically designed for condominium management); * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 3,469.68; * Meal Allowance: BRL 650.00 (Swile Card); * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance: Unimed; * Dental Insurance: Dental Uni; * Life Insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
