To join our team, the following are essential: * Residency in Curitiba; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Claro’s products and services, as well as internal processes; * Availability to deliver training in other cities; Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Delivering technical commercial training and structured curricula to both in-house and partner sales teams; * Administering knowledge and reaction assessments for all delivered trainings and entering results into the system; * Recording all conducted trainings in the training management system; * Identifying the specific training needs of each sales channel through research results, reaction assessments, tests, field visits to assess needs, and other methods; * Developing commercial training plans for operations, ensuring full logistical execution—including venue arrangements, training materials, etc.; * Monitoring training and sales team performance indicators, proposing improvement actions and ongoing education focused on company KPIs; * Collaborating on updating and developing training content and curricula; * Suggesting initiatives for developing and updating training materials and curricula, aligned with product/service procedures and regional offerings; * Managing training schedules and trainer assignments based on the training calendar; * Maintaining up-to-date records of all training activities. 251217020255885472
