Active involvement in maintaining and vertically expanding the customer portfolio **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to B- and C-tier customers across departmental processes * Prepare commercial proposals * Prepare management reports * Follow up on submitted proposals * Monitor departmental performance indicators * Propose process improvement initiatives * Conduct periodic customer visits and prospecting activities * Make monthly calls to the customer portfolio to drive vertical expansion and retention * Achieve department-related targets * Prospect new business opportunities * Analyze market data versus competitors * Negotiate or renegotiate prices, terms, and deadlines * Ensure retention of active customers and promote sales of new services * Work on prospect lists generated by marketing campaigns and CRM * Prepare commercial presentations and project proposals related to offered services **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, International Relations, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation skills; * Prior experience in sales/commercial roles; **Desirable:** * Experience in logistics and international trade; * Familiarity with customs legislation; * Knowledge of tax legislation, particularly regarding tax incentives; * English proficiency; Additional Information **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM** **Work Model: On-site** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.500,00 – R$9.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
