About the Opportunity Contego Security is seeking an **Information Security Analyst** to serve as a bridge between technical and commercial teams, supporting the sales team in developing information security solutions tailored to customer requirements. This role is strategic in supporting the company’s B2B market expansion, involving technical architecture design, solution demonstrations, and execution of proofs of concept (POCs). The professional will interact extensively with customers and partners, serving as the technical reference throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Support the commercial team in strategic customer meetings, contributing technical and consultative insights on technology and information security solutions. Understand customers’ technical challenges and translate those needs into **appropriate architectural proposals and technological solutions**. Perform **technical project sizing**, including scope definition, technical assumptions, and infrastructure requirements. Conduct **technical demonstrations of solutions and products**, highlighting value, features, and competitive differentiators. Plan and execute **Proofs of Concept (POCs)** to validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Serve as the technical point of contact during negotiations, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery capabilities. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to support active customers, strengthening relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. Collaborate in developing technical materials and presentations to support the commercial process. Requirements Prior experience with **IT infrastructure**, including corporate environments featuring: * Windows or Linux operating systems * Active Directory * Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls) Experience in **Level 1 or Level 2 technical support**, IT infrastructure, or IT operations. Analytical capability to understand technical environments and structure solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in both technical and commercial contexts. Consultative, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications Technical or advanced English for reading documentation and interacting with vendors. Experience in **B2B technical sales within the technology sector**. Experience in the **information security market**. Experience in **technical demonstrations of IT solutions or products**.
