




**Position: HR Analyst** **Location:** Londrina – PR **Job Description:** The company is in a growth phase and seeks an HR Analyst to structure HR processes, support employee development, and strengthen organizational culture, ensuring organized, productive, and strategy-aligned working relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Structure and standardize HR processes (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, vacations, work schedules, and internal communication); * Mediate conflicts and improve organizational climate; * Develop and coach leaders through feedback and training; * Create procedures, training programs, and metrics to increase productivity and reduce rework; * Support the company’s structured growth; * Implement initiatives for employee engagement, recognition, and talent retention. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
