Then **\#Joinfibra!** **Job Responsibilities:** Knowledge of import and export routines; Documentary analysis (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Import License, Certificate of Origin); Development of products, machinery, services, and foreign suppliers; Development of customers in external markets (Latin America); Issuance of export documents (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin); Quotation and approval of international freight (BID) for imports and exports, including FCL and LCL, and air and road transport modes; Knowledge of cargo consolidation; Knowledge of INCOTERMS; Knowledge of NCM (Brazilian Harmonized System Code); Filling out follow-up records and monitoring import and export processes; Supporting customs brokers, approving and scheduling payments; Knowledge of Drawback (suspension and exemption); Knowledge of Import Declaration (DI) and Unified Export Document (DUE), including analysis and approval; ERP – Supplier registration, item registration, NCM and tax analysis, purchase requisition creation, purchase order issuance, generation of management reports, financial entries, payment scheduling, and payment reconciliation; Issuance of import tax invoices; Calculation of final product cost for imported items, and support to sales team in calculating costs for exported items; Knowledge of Special Customs Regimes and Approving Authorities; Knowledge of the Ex-Tariff Regime; Knowledge of finance routines related to foreign trade, exchange rate quotations, foreign exchange closing, HEDGE, ACC/ACE, and Letters of Credit **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations; Advanced English; Intermediate Spanish; Intermediate Microsoft Office
