




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of basic accounting and financial mathematics; * Familiarity with payment and collection policies, tax and fiscal logistics, and freight contracting; * Knowledge of the commodities market and contract management; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Understanding of warehousing operations and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator). * Approves billing requests for expenses generated in import and export processes and performs provisioning in the system for service payments. Controls generated expenses and provides accountability based on reported figures. * Analyzes market options available for import and export processes, develops cost estimation spreadsheets to support decision-making; * Supports Cooperative units on matters related to product import and export, addressing queries and meeting company needs. * Monitors and schedules, together with port terminals, transporters, and receiving units, daily volumes to be loaded/unloaded; * Conducts verifications via system and invoices for truck arrivals for unloading at the Industry or Cereal Unit, alerting and requesting corrective actions from transporters when trucks fail to arrive for unloading; * Monitors unloading at ports and storage time of products at port terminals, evaluating and alerting Quality Control regarding the need for inspection of stored products; * Plans, schedules, and monitors import and export activities; analyzes and controls the flow of foreign trade operation documents; * Schedules inspections at port terminals and trucks in advance to avoid compromising the quality of products to be stored/transported. * Executes planning for import and export operations, defining the most suitable transportation mode according to the type of operation and deadline established by commercial areas. * Assists in the selection and contracting of logistics partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, port operators, quality surveyors, among others, evaluating services rendered in accordance with criteria agreed upon with service providers. * Monitors all stages of bulk import, tracking acceptable losses at each stage of the process, and engaging the insurance company when necessary. 2512280202491561131
