Key Responsibilities * Commercial support via: WhatsApp, online chat, and marketplaces * Convert digital interactions into sales * Perform **abandoned cart recovery** * Proactively contact customers who have shown interest * Track orders until sale completion * Recommend complementary products (upsell and cross-sell) * Update offers, prices, and campaigns on the e-commerce platform * Support marketplace management (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.) * Monitor conversion and performance metrics * Maintain CRM and customer interaction history Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.300,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: On-site
