If you excel at customer service, enjoy conversing, and maintain discipline with deadlines, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Contact customers from the database to schedule meetings (onboarding, implementation, follow-up, etc.); * Confirm attendance for meetings and send meeting reminders; * Update scheduling statuses in internal systems; * Serve as the liaison between customers and CS/technical teams; * Ensure customers remain well-informed throughout their entire journey. **Requirements:** * Strong communication and active listening skills; * Organizational skills regarding schedules, calendars, and deadlines; * Proficiency with WhatsApp, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and CRM tools; * Prior customer service experience is a plus. **Work Format:** * 100% On-site; * Business hours (Monday to Friday). **Job Type:** * Full-time CLT employment. **Compensation:** * R$ 2\.499,00 \- R$ 2\.500,00 per month **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
