Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy of product, service, and leasing costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and adjustments that improve the company’s financial performance. **Key Responsibilities**: * **Cost Analysis and Pricing**: Collect and store detailed information on production, leasing, and service costs—including raw materials, labor, freight, taxes, and other related costs—to ensure compliance with predefined sales margins. * **Budgetary Control**: Analyze budget execution by comparing actual costs against budgeted amounts, proposing price adjustments and operational adjustments to ensure profitability and adherence to standards defined by Controllership. * **Discount and Margin Management**: Monitor discounts granted on product sales, comparing applied values against defined margins, and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize profitability. * **Cost Management Reports**: Prepare detailed reports on raw material consumption, production costs, commissions, packaging, and other items for managerial analysis. Monitor cost center performance and present analyses and recommendations to management. * **Cash Flow Analysis and Control**: Prepare and update cash flow statements focused on cost-related inflows and outflows, proposing actions for financial control and aiming for operational efficiency. * **Budget and Performance Analysis**: Participate in the company’s budget preparation process, performing comparisons and analyzing variances between forecasted and actual figures, based on Controllership guidelines. * **Cost and Pricing Simulation for New Products**: Conduct cost simulations and feasibility analyses for new products or for reviewing leasing and service contracts, based on detailed cost composition, to support senior management decision-making. * **System Data Updates and Control**: Input detailed data into the company’s management system, ensuring continuous updates and accuracy of financial information related to Controllership. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Controllership or roles related to Cost Analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems. * Strong analytical ability, with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Skill in handling cost processes and budgets. **Benefits**: * Medical and dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher **What do we expect from you?** We seek a professional with strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to rigorous cost control.
