Contract Analyst – On-site in Cascavel, PR Real estate company seeking a Contract Analyst to draft, review, and monitor leasing and property management contracts. Responsibilities include contract renewals, terminations, notifications, technical support to clients, and updating information on the D4Sing platform. Requirements: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management (completed or in progress). - Prior experience in real estate contracts is preferred. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills.
