It provides internet, telephony, and network infrastructure services for businesses and residential customers. **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. Procure materials, services, and equipment according to internal company demands. Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and adhere to internal purchase request approval workflows. Update and maintain cost and procurement tracking spreadsheets in Excel. Research suppliers and new products via internet searches. Support administrative routines within the procurement department, such as document organization and registration. Maintain clear communication with internal departments to align on deadlines, specifications, and priorities. Apply persuasive skills during negotiations to obtain favorable commercial terms. Ensure organized demand management and logical analysis of proposals and costs.
