




**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in Market Intelligence, market analysis, competitive analysis, and trend analysis. * Experience in developing pricing strategies (Pricing); * Proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and dashboard development; * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik); * Advanced English for interaction with global teams; * SAP knowledge (commercial and/or financial modules) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update internal (company) and external (market) key performance indicators; * Monitor distributors in the industrial replacement market and report potential shifts in customer positioning; * Maintain an updated price list for all commercialized items, suggesting improvements; * Collect, organize, and process internal and external data on prices, customers, and competitors; * Prepare periodic reports on margins, profitability, and product/customer performance; * Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and charts using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Advanced Excel); * Establish clear methodologies for comparing market prices by product, segment, or industrial company size; * Prepare documents and presentations compiling information to support managers in decision-making; * Maintain digital organization of all data and reports, applying 5S practices; * Research and internally disseminate competitor brand positioning and behavior; * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the bearings and industrial equipment market; * Analyze market scenario changes that may impact company results, proposing preventive/corrective actions; * Provide recommendations to strengthen company competitiveness and profitability; * Support planning and definition of pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns; * Contribute to new product launches by participating in pricing planning and suggesting promotional activities; * Support development of pricing strategies aligned with global guidelines; * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and other departments to enrich analyses and propose joint solutions; * Act as a liaison between local operations and international units, ensuring consistency in analyses and decisions; * Seek cost reduction opportunities jointly with related departments. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
