




Job Summary: Professional to structure and manage Gestran Academy trainings, including sending invitations, tracking participants, and continuously improving training content. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication and organizational skills for activity management **Main Responsibilities:** * Structure and organize Gestran Academy trainings for customers. * Plan and manage the training calendar (online and in-person). * Send invitations, manage registrations, and track participants. * Support and/or conduct trainings and presentations as needed. * Maintain contact with customers to ensure engagement and training confirmation. * Monitor training metrics (participation, completion, engagement). * Support continuous improvement of training content and formats. * Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product). **Requirements:** * Experience in training, capacity building, or corporate education. * Experience in customer service or customer relationship management. * Strong communication and organizational skills for managing multiple activities. * Basic knowledge of metrics and reporting. * Willingness to travel (occasional). **Working Hours and Location:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:10 AM to 6:00 PM. * Company located in Rebouças, Curitiba/PR **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 6.500,00 + Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher (R$ 28.00/day) + Unimed Health Plan + Dental Plan + Life Insurance + Birthday Day Off + Educational Partnerships.
