Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance and inspection of agricultural equipment, preparation of new machines, technical support to customers, and service prospecting. Service prospecting and parts quotation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform maintenance and inspections on equipment (Tractor, Combine Harvester, Planter, Sprayer, and other products in the portfolio); Assemble new equipment; Conduct pre-delivery and technical delivery of new equipment to customers; Provide usage instructions and guidance to customers; Visit customers to prospect equipment inspections; Close service orders; Inspect used machinery; Prepare parts quotations and service estimates; Schedule services using the field checklist; Close service orders directly with customers on-site; Perform preventive inspections; Prepare DTAC; Unload new equipment arriving from the factory as well as equipment transferred between stores; Prospect services whenever opportunities arise; Guide and instruct technical assistants daily; Perform minor welding as required by repairs; Complete internal workshop documentation (daily timekeeping records).
