Negotiate international freight rates and update control systems **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to support and control import and export operations, responsible for coordinating international shipments (maritime, air, and road), monitoring deadlines, verifying documentation, and ensuring process compliance with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. Key responsibilities: Coordination and monitoring of international shipments until arrival at the factory; Verification of import/export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB); Verification of tariff classification, Incoterms, payments, exchange rates, and Import License (SISCOMEX); Quotation and negotiation of international freight rates; Updating control systems and spreadsheets; Monitoring payments with the finance department and supporting the tax department; Organizing and archiving processes and documents according to internal standards.
