Job Summary: The Tracking Assistant monitors and tracks trucks, prepares spreadsheets and reports, sends operational status updates, and identifies bottlenecks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities of the Tracking Assistant include: * **Monitoring operations and tracking trucks.** * **Preparing control spreadsheets and reports.** * **Sending operational status updates.** * **Recording and identifying operational bottlenecks.** * **Availability for a 12x36 shift schedule.** Candidates with the following qualifications are welcome: * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Logistics/Administration * Strong communication skills Preferred qualifications: * Protheus system knowledge
