COMMERCIAL SKILLS: Serve customers in person and via telephone; Process and manage customer orders; Process cash or credit sales; Register new customers; Manage customer portfolio; Prospect new customers; Assist and monitor execution of company services; Possess basic calculation skills to advise customers.
