**Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling a Distribution Center, covering Commercial, Logistics, Operations, and Administrative areas, guiding and monitoring their activities and performance to achieve established goals and contribute to the company's increased market share within deadlines, applicable legislation, standards, through appropriate allocation of human, technical, and material resources.**
**Key Challenges:**
* Ensure execution of the defined commercial strategy, guaranteeing profitability of commercial operations, development of the commercial area, and expansion of business volume;
* Collaborate with logistics and transportation leadership at the unit to ensure distribution operations, maintaining quality standards for product storage and handling, as well as delivery quality across all points of sale;
* Guarantee inventory accuracy—finished goods and working capital assets under responsibility—through execution of routines and periodic inventory monitoring;
* Prepare the annual Distribution Center expense budget by analyzing historical data and growth forecasts, aiming to achieve targets for net profit and market share growth, ensuring compliance with company-established guidelines;
* Ensure reconciliation of Distribution Center cash registers and verify amounts sent to the financial control area to ensure financial accuracy;
* Lead people management, maintaining a skilled, qualified, and motivated team to perform tasks.
**Requirements for the Position:**
* Strong experience in Sales Team Management, Budgetary Management, Administrative Management, and knowledge of Operations routines;
* Knowledge of the local market in the macro-region;
* Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree preferred);
* Valid Class B driver's license.
