If you seek an inclusive, dynamic environment full of opportunities, **apply now** and grow with us! **Responsibilities and Assignments** Manage the credit process within the Mobilize-FS perimeter (Bank, Leasing Company, and Consortium), ensuring agile, technical, and policy-compliant decisions aligned with local and corporate (HQ) policies and models, guaranteeing high-quality analysis, healthy delinquency levels, and efficient experiences for internal and external customers. **Strategic Credit Management** * Direct, enhance, and monitor credit analysis processes for individuals and legal entities across Bank, Leasing Company, and Consortium; * Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulations, and models defined by Group governance, including headquarters and Santander; * Act as a technical authority, guiding high-complexity decisions and ensuring consistency and excellence in outcomes. **Team Leadership and Partner Management** * Manage two strategic fronts: (1) Credit Policies & Modeling, a technical team dedicated to developing analytical studies and models; (2) Credit Desk, responsible for analyzing operations for Individuals and Legal Entities; * Indirectly coordinate resources responsible for managing the Credit Engine (FICO or SAS) within the Santander environment, ensuring performance and rule compliance; * Maintain active relationships and monitor Consortium activities with partner MFS, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency; * Continuously interact with the market’s leading Credit Bureaus, seeking innovation and technological leadership to enhance processes and decision-making models. **Modeling, Policies and Analytics (Headquarters, Santander and Internal)** * Collaborate directly with Policies and Analytics teams for continuous model evolution, including credit score, behavior score, decision trees, and model backtesting; * Provide technical insights during policy, model, governance, and risk parameter reviews, ensuring adherence and robustness; * Monitor model performance and propose strategic adjustments whenever necessary, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in credit decisions. **Risk and Results Management** * Monitor the RAF (Risk Appetite Framework), ensuring compliance with limits and guidelines defined by governance; * Track key indicators such as approval rate, delinquency, productivity, and SLA, comparing them against market benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities; * Manage the Risk Cost of New Production, leading discussions on methodologies, calculations, cut-off point definitions, and pricing strategies; * Conduct forecasting exercises for future results (REP, Budget), ensuring consistent and strategically aligned projections; * Produce technical analyses to support executive decision-making and share relevant insights with automakers, strengthening data-driven decision-making; * Act cross-functionally across key projects within the MFS ecosystem, ensuring integration and synergy among departments. **Performance Indicators** * Risk Cost, Credit Approval Rate and market absorption assessment of negative decisions, Delinquency by Vintage and Fraud Levels, Credit Model Performance, SLA, Project Delivery, and Management Climate Assessment as well as that of the dealership network. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Solid credit experience in large Commercial Banks (e.g., Itaú, Bradesco, Santander, etc.) * Strong technical foundation in statistical models, credit policies, and governance. * Experience with mass credit analysis (Retail) and individual corporate credit analysis (Financial Statement and Balance Sheet Analysis); * Knowledge of Credit Engines (e.g., FICO, SAS). * Knowledge of key credit regulations (BACEN and ECB) * Proficiency in Risk Cost calculation methodologies and main market delinquency indicators (Early Indicator, PD, LGD, etc...); * Experience in analytics, statistical modeling, and quantitative credit risk. * Management experience; * Critical thinking and structured decision-making skills. * Fluent English * Experience with analytical tools (SQL, Python, SAS). **Desirable:** * Experience in continuous improvement and digital transformation environments. * Knowledge of Leasing and Consortium products; * Advanced/Fluent French. **Recommended Educational Backgrounds** * Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, IT or related fields. * Completed Postgraduate Degree or MBA. **Additional Information** **Additional Qualifications** * Logical and analytical reasoning. * High professional maturity and stakeholder management. * Integrated vision across policies, models, and operations. * Willingness to travel (when required) In Brazil, the Mobilize Group is a financial group composed of four distinct and autonomous companies: * Mobilize Financial Services (Renault Bank and Credi Nissan); * RCI Brasil Ltda.
