If you enjoy working with numbers, pay close attention to detail, and wish to work in a professional and collaborative environment, this opportunity may be right for you. * Enter and classify financial data and documents into the accounting system, related to purchases, sales, and fixed asset movements. * Maintain detailed control over fixed assets, including recording acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation. * Participate in the execution and verification of physical inventories of fixed assets, aligning physical information with accounting records. * Reconcile fixed asset accounts (banks, suppliers, customers, loans, etc.) between internal records and external documents (bank statements, invoices). * Assist in preparing trial balances, balance sheets, and other financial statements and reports, ensuring information accurately reflects the company's actual financial position. * Organize and maintain digital and physical archives of accounting and tax documents for auditing and compliance purposes. ### **Essential Requirements** Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting; Concentrated attention and focus on details; Organization and ability to manage deadlines; Strong communication skills and proactivity; Experience with tax processes related to fixed asset movements ### **Employment Type** CLT ### **PwD** Both ### **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance with co-payment; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub membership; * Attendance bonus; * Long-service leave; * Birthday day off; * Early childhood education center for mothers with children aged 4 months to 1 year and 11 months; * Employee association (AFUSCAMM). ### **Work Location** SANTA CASA ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
