Opportunity for professionals with experience in building maintenance **Job Mission** Ensure the hotel's infrastructure operates flawlessly by performing **preventive and corrective maintenance** on electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, and general upkeep — with emphasis on **safety, quality, and efficiency**. Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective **building/structural maintenance**. * **Building electrical services**: bulb replacement, outlets/switches, minor repairs, fault identification and correction within the scope of the role. * **Plumbing services**: showerhead replacement and cleaning, leak repairs, valve, faucet, flush valve, and connection repairs. * **Painting and finishing**: wall/ceiling repairs, surface preparation (putty/sanding), touch-ups, and interior/exterior painting as needed. * **Air conditioning**: preventive cleaning, simple part replacement, maintenance support, and general upkeep. * **Gardens and outdoor areas**: basic maintenance and cleaning (conservation and organization). * Keep **tools organized**, properly stored, and in good working condition. * Maintain mandatory hotel equipment: **emergency lighting**, signage, safety, and prevention items. * Prevent risks and accidents: proper use of **PPE**, participation in training, and safe work practices. ***Requirements*** * Proven experience as a **Building Maintenance Technician** (hotel, condominium, hospital, industrial facility, etc.). * Practical proficiency in **building electrical and plumbing systems**. * Experience in **painting, touch-ups, and finishing**. * Organization, accountability, and professional demeanor. Advantages (strongly preferred) * **NR-10** (Electrical Safety) and/or **NR-35** (Work at Heights). * Basic knowledge of **air conditioning maintenance** (preventive routines). * Experience in hospitality (understanding of priorities, responsiveness, and attention to detail).
