Job Summary: Supervise and ensure the full operation of the company's physical infrastructure, guaranteeing appropriate working conditions and building maintenance through internal team and third-party vendor management. Proposing continuous improvements to processes and infrastructure **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Supervise and ensure the full operation of the company's physical infrastructure, guaranteeing appropriate working conditions, building maintenance, safety, cleaning, and maintenance through internal team and third-party vendor management, budgetary control, and monitoring of preventive and corrective services. * Supervise the cleaning and maintenance team; * Ensure facility conservation and optimal operation (physical structure, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, and equipment); * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; * Assist in managing contracts and service providers (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, security, pest control, among others); * Control and monitor internal maintenance requests, ensuring SLA compliance and execution quality; * Manage the department's budget; * Conduct quotations and negotiate with vendors; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitary surveillance regulations; * Support infrastructure-related inspections; * Propose continuous improvements to company processes and physical infrastructure; * Manage non-conformities; * Perform team management. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a postgraduate degree in related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; * Experience with ERP systems; * Indicator analysis. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Meal allowance
