Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Assembler for assembling metal structures at external construction sites, ensuring execution in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. Operation of aerial work platforms and equipment **Position: Field Assembler – Metal Structures** **Work Location:** External construction sites / Field **Department:** Assembly **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Working Hours:** 7:18 AM to 5:18 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 7:18 AM to 4:18 PM on Fridays. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Field Assembler** to perform metal structure assembly at external construction sites, ensuring service execution in compliance with technical project specifications, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations. The professional will be responsible for assembly activities on ground level and at height, using appropriate tools and equipment, while contributing to workplace organization, safety, and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble metal structures such as roofing sheets, louvers, steel decks, various structural components, and solar panels (excluding electrical components); * Perform adjustments, fastening, bolting, and, if required by the project or rework, welding; * Interpret mechanical technical drawings to ensure correct assembly and installation of structures; * Prepare, cut, drill, bend, align, level, and install metal parts according to specifications; * Support the supervisor in installing lifelines and organizing field activities; * Operate aerial work platforms, Hyster forklifts, and similar equipment when certified and trained; * Perform basic productive maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and signage at the worksite; * Strictly comply with safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). **Requirements** * Availability to work at height and on-site. * Availability for travel. * Driver’s License Category B; **Benefits** * Basic Food Basket or Food Card R$ 172.50 (according to employee preference) * On-site meals * Dental Plan * Health Plan * Life Insurance * Salary Advance: 35% paid on the 20th of each month * Travel Allowance (when external work is required) * Transportation Voucher Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.043,66 – R$3.288,74 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: Hybrid remote work for São Joaquim de Bicas, MG
