KEY CHALLENGES: * Audit supplier production processes; * Monitor trends in key supplier quality indicators (BIDDING LIST); * Manage the escalation process, in accordance with tools for restoring supplier process reliability, such as SUPREL, CSLs, and Escalations; * Support other procurement areas (Operational, DP, TAG) regarding technical and structural provisions of the supplier base; * Monitor and validate corrective action plans with suppliers arising from official customer complaints. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Technology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Project Management, or Human Resource Management; * Advanced English; * Spanish, French, Italian (Desirable).
