Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America!‍ ️ We are a 95-year-old company that provides comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen **Your responsibilities will include:** * Coordinate the Application area, ensuring correct technical specifications for transformers and voltage regulators according to customer requirements, standards, and operating conditions; * Serve as the technical interface among Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring technical alignment and proposal feasibility; * Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and national and international standards (ABNT, IEC, IEEE, ANSI); * Lead the development of technical proposals, application studies, and definition of supply scopes; * Provide technical support during negotiations with customers, utilities, and system integrators; * Promote standardization and continuous improvement of application and estimation processes; * Develop and train the application team, ensuring high technical competence and autonomy; * Contribute to the development and application of new products and solutions, focusing on cost, schedule, quality, and competitiveness. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience with distribution, industrial, or power transformers; * Technical experience with voltage regulators, including specification, application, and customer interface; * Experience in developing technical proposals and supporting the sales area; * Experience leading technical teams; * Solid knowledge of technical standards and utility requirements; * English for conversation.
