Telematics Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing fleet data to optimize operations, reduce costs, and ensure safe driving, supporting managerial decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time fleet monitoring and analysis. 2. Operational optimization and reduction of logistics costs. 3. Support for managerial decision-making and performance feedback to drivers. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor fleet vehicles in real time using tracking and telematics systems. * Analyze metrics such as: fuel consumption, speeding, harsh braking, idling time, route adherence, unauthorized stops, and driver behavior. * Generate managerial and operational reports to support decision-making. * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective action plans. * Support initiatives to reduce costs related to fuel, maintenance, and claims. * Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, Maintenance, and HR departments. * Provide performance and safe-driving feedback to drivers. * Track fleet performance indicators (KPIs). * Configure telematics systems according to internal policies. * Monitor critical events recorded in the systems. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with telematics, vehicle tracking, or fleet management. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Knowledge of indicator analysis and managerial reporting. * Prior experience in a transportation company is preferred.
