Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance activities; developing maintenance schedules; and controlling maintenance plans within the system, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in maintenance planning using a maintenance management system.
* Completed High School Education
* Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields. \*Preferred\*
* Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (SGMAN). \*Preferred\*
* Proficiency in Excel and maintenance KPIs.
* Organizational skills, planning ability, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
* Develop maintenance schedules to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
* Control and update maintenance plans in the system.
* Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, etc.).
* Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to align activities.
* Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and resources for activity execution.
* Support failure analysis and propose improvements to maintenance processes.
* Generate performance reports and track planned activities.

Salary: R$3\.300,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month
