If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining this team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise operations and facilities of the Distribution Base under your management, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and operational controls. * Analyze branch sales reports and daily stock status of bases according to the daily opening report submitted by the Inventory Analyst; * Monitor payment approval activities related to storage services, manage inventory control, and reconcile fuel shortages and surpluses at the Base, as well as losses during road and pipeline transportation; * Maintain all documentation required for regulatory compliance within applicable deadlines and ensure fulfillment of stipulated conditions. * Manage SSMA (Operational and Environmental Safety, Health, and Environment) items at the Base, verifying that signed contracts remain valid and environmental licenses are current and within their validity period; * Disseminate best practices, training materials, and SSMA- and Base Operations-related standards; * Develop team members to perform their respective duties in accordance with the Company’s defined regulatory standards. * Approve various invoices for payment, always verifying budgetary availability and correct expense classification. * Participate in audit and inspection presentation meetings; fully accompany audits and inspections; address non-conformities; track and respond to recommendations or action plans assigned to you; * Maintain the Base’s budgetary control in line with targets set by the Company, spending only what has been effectively allocated for the period, while involving the team in planning to meet these objectives; * Be accountable to Supervision for your own and your subordinates’ punctuality, availability, attendance, order, and discipline; * Manage the Fracttal / CMMS inspection program up-to-date, inspecting, finalizing, and closing Work Orders to ensure facilities remain suitable and safe for fuel storage and operations; * Ensure compliance with the Company’s general norms, policies, and guidelines by your team and third parties, where applicable; * Comply with all job-specific regulations and the Company’s General Regulations; * Record Continuous Improvement Practices implemented at your Base. * Propose, develop, and monitor suggestions for investment planning, improvements, and maintenance at the Base (Opex – Capex). * Keep the team motivated and prepared to execute tasks inherent to their roles and potential promotions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency **Preferred candidate attributes:** * Communication skills * Dynamism * Flexibility * Negotiation skills * Initiative * Leadership * Results orientation * Interpersonal skills * Decision-making ability * Teamwork **Additional Information** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Life Insurance; Private Pension Plan; Profit Sharing (PLR); TotalPass.
