




**Job Description** We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide customer support, ensuring a clear, efficient, and welcoming experience. This professional will support internal teams, test new features, organize documentation, and contribute to the quality of systems and services offered by the company. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to customers, clarifying questions and logging requests; * Triage support tickets and route issues to appropriate internal teams based on problem nature; * Perform functional testing (user acceptance testing) of new features, identifying defects and validating fixes; * Create, update, and organize manuals, tutorials, and technical documentation; * Conduct training sessions and presentations to empower customers and end users; * Insert, update, and review content on company websites and platforms; * Collaborate with development and product teams for continuous system improvement. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with communication and remote support tools (Skype, Google Meet, TeamViewer, WhatsApp); * Prior experience in Technical Support; * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong customer communication ability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); * Experience with ticket management tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively; * Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, domains, and SSL certificates.
