We are seeking a Production Operator to perform assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of circuit boards and energy meters.
* Materials requirements planning: Generate detailed material requirements and procurement/supply plans for raw materials and components (e.g., electromagnetic wires, silicon steel sheets, insulating materials) based on sales forecasts and the master production schedule, using ERP/MRP systems for calculations.
* Inventory control and management: Establish and dynamically monitor safety stock levels for raw materials and semi-finished goods. Regularly analyze inventory turnover, address obsolete or slow-moving inventory, and optimize inventory structure to balance capital allocation and production security.
* Material expediting and problem resolution: Track purchase orders and delivery progress throughout the process. Handle exceptions such as delivery delays and quality non-conformities to prevent production line stoppages due to material shortages.
* Production kit assembly and availability verification: Coordinate with the warehouse to prepare materials prior to production start-up and verify the completeness of material kits to proactively identify and resolve potential shortages.
* System data maintenance and reporting: Maintain accuracy of master material data (e.g., codes, parameters, lead times) in the ERP system and regularly generate reports for material supply and demand analysis.
Requirements:
* Professional knowledge: Familiarity with transformer product structures, manufacturing processes, and material characteristics. Proficiency in fundamental materials planning, procurement, and inventory control logic and methods (e.g., safety stock calculation, economic order quantity).
* Systems proficiency: Competence in operating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MRP modules used in the factory, and ability to use MES systems to check production order status.
* Data analysis skills: Proficiency in Excel for pivot tables, formula calculations, and chart creation. Possesses basic quantitative analysis skills to support decision-making.
* Communication and coordination: Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills (with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Design, Sales), effectively driving problem resolution.
* Problem-solving and resilience: Ability to respond rapidly to unexpected issues such as material shortages and delivery delays. Maintains clear logic and organized work under pressure.
