As a Purchasing Apprentice, your main responsibilities will include: * Organizing and archiving documents (invoices, purchase orders, contracts) * Updating purchasing control spreadsheets * Assisting with supplier registration in the system * Supporting purchasers * Helping request quotations from suppliers * Tracking placed orders (delivery status, delays, etc.) Requirements: Requirements to join the team: * Be between 18 and 24 years old. * Availability to work on-site for 4 hours per day. * Be proactive, dedicated, and committed. * Be organized and detail-oriented.
