Job Summary: Position for Production Assistant in footwear manufacturing, focusing on the production of low-heeled shoes and flip-flops. Key Highlights: 1. Referral bonus for recommending friends to work with us This position is for a Footwear Production Assistant, responsible for assisting us in manufacturing low-heeled shoes and flip-flops. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute coffee break. Our monthly remuneration is BRL 1,732.50 \+ attendance-based bonuses, i.e., no absences, tardiness, medical certificates, or timekeeping errors. Bonuses include: \* A monthly basic food basket \+ BRL 100.00 \* A monthly BRL 300.00 cash draw, open to all employees who received the food basket; five winners will be selected \* A basic food basket \+ BRL 200.00 after three consecutive months without incidents Bonuses apply even during the probationary period; eligibility requires only good attendance and completion of 30 working days. Deductions from salary payments will be limited to INSS and transportation voucher (if required). We also partner with vocational training schools, offering our employees reduced tuition fees.
