This position is responsible for leading a team of calibration engineers, ensuring that vehicle dynamics systems are precisely tuned to deliver optimal performance, safety, and driving experience under diverse conditions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate local calibration activities for active vehicle dynamics features. * Supervise and guide calibration engineers, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, testing, validation, etc.) to plan and ensure timely delivery of calibration milestones according to project schedules. * Monitor and report calibration performance metrics to the Global Manager. * Support global initiatives by providing local insights and feedback regarding system behavior and calibration effectiveness. **Qualifications** ----------------- .
