Compensation: **Salary range between 7k–10k**
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Personal and Family Routine Management**
* Organization and governance of the **CEO’s personal and family calendar** (personal commitments, travel, events, family appointments).
* Logistical planning for personal and family travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries, appointments).
* Direct support to the CEO and family, anticipating needs and resolving unforeseen issues.
* Management of school, medical, event, and other family-related activities.
**Service Provider Management**
* Coordination and supervision of residential service providers (gardeners, housekeepers, cleaners, drivers, maintenance staff, security personnel, etc.).
* Organization of routines, contracts, payments, and service quality assurance.
* Scheduling and oversight of maintenance, renovations, and recurring residential services.
**Personal and Family Financial Administration**
* Support in controlling and organizing the CEO’s **personal and family expenses**.
* Support in payment management (fixed bills, services, suppliers, personal taxes).
* Organization of receipts, simple reports, and support for personal/family accounting.
* Monitoring of household budgets and support in cost optimization.
**Organization, Governance, and Confidentiality**
* Maintenance of personal files, documents, and contracts in an organized and secure manner.
* High level of **confidentiality, discretion, and trustworthiness**.
* Development of routines, checklists, and processes to enhance predictability in the CEO’s and family’s daily life.
**Desired Profile**
* Extremely organized, proactive, and highly anticipatory.
* Solution-oriented, with ease handling multiple simultaneous demands.
* Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and absolute discretion.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and operate within high-trust environments.
* Flexible working hours and availability to address ad-hoc requests.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**
* Prior experience as a **personal assistant, executive secretary, family governance specialist, or similar role**.
* Experience managing calendars, suppliers, and personal financial administration.
* Strong personal and family financial organization skills and familiarity with basic controls (spreadsheets, reports).
* Proficiency in digital tools (calendar, email, spreadsheets, organizational apps).
* Preferred: Experience with entrepreneurial families, family offices, or senior leadership.
