Issue invoices, receipts, and sales reports as needed. Support the organization of spreadsheets, purchase orders, and supplier and customer registrations. Assist in basic financial activities such as payment and receipt tracking. Maintain an organized workplace and collaborate with other store departments. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
