Job Summary: An IT professional focused on network support, software and hardware installation and maintenance, and user assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Corporate Network User Training and Assistance **Location: Blumenau** . **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, business hours. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Providing support for Data Communication Networks and ensuring their security; * Installing, configuring, and testing software and hardware; * Managing equipment and license inventories; * Training, guiding, and assisting corporate network users; * Performing application, operating system, and antivirus installations and updates on workstations; * Maintaining base equipment and software; * Microcomputer and notebook maintenance; * Configuring applications on mobile phones and tablets; * Data recovery and backup operations. * Keeping software updated, including versions and releases; * Monitoring third-party maintenance services; * Providing support for company systems. **Requirements to Apply:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or currently enrolled); * Knowledge of printers, servers, Linux, Microsoft products, and the Internet; * Experience with Windows Server, mobile and landline telephony; * Strong communication and user support skills; * Experience in system implementations and network maintenance. **What the Company Offers:** * Unimed Health Plan * On-site Restaurant * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary for this position (CLT contract)?
