Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service, sales, and store administrative management, including team leadership, commercial and operational routines, and support to other units. Execution of commercial and operational routines Customer service to members, sales, and store administrative management—including cashier operations, materials, and cost control. Responsible for team leadership, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Executes commercial and operational routines (burial plots, cremation, ambulance services, equipment), as well as providing support to other units.
