We are looking for a Maintenance Technical Supervisor to work at a leading company in the industrial air conditioning systems (HVAC\&R) service sector in Três Barras/SC. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and schedule monthly preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Directly supervise maintenance technical teams, in partnership with field leaders; Handle and monitor service requests related to air conditioning (corrective, preventive, and new installations); Organize and manage technical requests received via phone or systems, ensuring prompt and efficient response; Conduct periodic visits to customers and operational environments to evaluate service execution and implement continuous improvements; Provide technical support and guidance on best practices to field teams, ensuring standardization and quality; Maintain technical relationships with customers, building trust-based partnerships; Identify improvement opportunities and new technical demands; Issue detailed technical reports on activities performed and conditions observed in the field. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical supervision of air conditioning systems; Valid driver's license (Class B) and availability for occasional travel; Practical expertise in HVAC\&R systems, including chillers, panel coolers, and precision equipment; Experience managing field teams and maintenance operational routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with Leankeep or similar maintenance management systems; Strong communication, organization, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. **Compensation:** Monthly salary of R$5\.500\+ 30% hazard pay allowance Food allowance of R$485 (Ticket) Fuel allowance of R$300 Life insurance Company vehicle and corporate mobile phone **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 5:15 PM\. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Driver's License Requirement:** B Own vehicle required
