If you are this professional, then come join our team! \#vamospracima **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure daily achievement of established sales targets and operational results. * Ensure daily quality in store operational processes by aligning and updating procedures with the entire team. * Maintain the organization and appearance of the store daily, following the standard layout process and ensuring the team does the same with commitment. * Control and manage inventory activities, cash inflows and outflows together with the sales assistant. * Seek better sales opportunities through market research. * Periodically and when necessary, carry out administrative and personnel processes such as job openings, vacations, time tracking, medical certificates, warnings, terminations, among others. * Lead and evaluate the store team daily, ensuring engagement with work process standards. * Develop the team through performance evaluations and frequent feedback. * Conduct periodic and as-needed trainings for the store team, including operational, administrative, and sales campaign trainings. * Ensure quality in executed processes by seeking training and personal and professional development. Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of brand products and services, as well as team management, to better manage processes and people. * Receive daily customer feedback regarding service, product and service quality.
