Job Summary: Technical QA leader responsible for test architecture, automation, and quality processes, acting as a mentor and facilitator with a systemic perspective and focus on continuous improvement. Profile Must demonstrate technical leadership through expertise and credibility, acting as a mentor and facilitator in communication across different areas. Requires a systemic perspective to align technical decisions with business goals, propose improvements, and structure processes—without losing attention to detail. Expected to be proactive, collaborative, open to feedback, and oriented toward continuous improvement, balancing pragmatism and quality. Must avoid authoritarian attitudes, knowledge centralization, excessive perfectionism, and an overly narrow technical focus.
